본 연구의 목적은 정부가 아동돌봄 네트워크 구축 사업을 실행하기 위해 시범운영을 하는 과정에 서 현장의 의견을 제안하기 위함이다. 이를 위해 지역아동센터 종사자와 초등돌봄교실 종사자들 576명을 대상으로 설면조사를 실시했다. 그 결과 전체의 98.0%가 협력이 필요하다고 응답하였으 며 이는 아동 문제를 상의하기 위함이 가장 큰 목적이라고 하였다. 그러나 협력이 이루어지지 않 는 기관은 전체의 31.7%였고 긴밀한 협력을 하는 기관은 전체의 11.4%에 불과했다. 이러한 조사 결과를 토대로 하여 제도적 개선 방안을 제시하였다.
For the purpose of this study is the government's child care network system to implement pilot program in the process of the opinion of the site to suggest. To that end, 576 employees of the primary care workers and members of regional children center class people stand, conducted a survey. As a result of 98.0 percent of children cooperation is necessary response, which is intended to to discuss the matter is the purpose of the report. Cooperation, however, a 31.7 % and for close coordination of the entire organization is a body not only 11.4 percent of the total. These findings based on institutional improvements suggested.
