The results of this study were as follows: 148 sports instructors who received the education in the training Institute of Gongju National University of Education in 2017 were surveyed. First, sports values of elementary school sports instructors were very high. Second, gender differences in the sports values of elementary school sports instructors were not significant. Both men and women perceived high values of sports values and perceived the highest value of physical values among sports values. Third, the difference of sports value according to the career of the instructor was the highest in the 1-2 years and 3-4 years of the career experience, but the difference was not significant. Fourth, the difference of sports value according to the graduation series was higher in the instructors who graduated from the social class than the social sports class, but the difference was not great. Fifth, the difference of sport value according to whether or not there was a player experience was higher than that of sports instructors who did not have a player experience, but the difference was not significant.
