본 연구는 모유수유 지지프로그램의 효과를 분석하기 위한 비동등성 대조군 전후설계 연구로 정상 아를 분만하고 산후조리원 재원 중인 건강한 산모 50명이다. 2004년 1월 1일부터 4월 30일까지 4주간 의 모유수유 지지프로그램을 적용한 후 태도, 지식, Na+량과 모유수유지속을 산후 6일, 4주, 8주로 3 회 측정하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN(15.0)로 t-test와 χ2-test, repeated measure ANOVA 분석하 였고, 결과 집단 간에는 태도와 지식에서, 시기별로는 태도, 지식, Na+량, 모유수유지속에서 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 집단 간과 시기별 상호작용 효과는 모유수유지속에서만 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 따 라서, 모유수유지속에 효과가 검증된 모유수유 지지프로그램을 폭 넓게 활용하기를 권한다.
The reserch was aimed to investigate the effects of a breastfeeding support program. The subjects included 50 healthy mothers. For 4 weeks, experimental group enrolled in the breastfeeding support program. The data were analyzed using SPSS WIN (15.0). t-test, χ2-test and Repeated measure ANOVA were used. The Breastfeeding support program in accordance with the time and the group had an impact on attitudes, continued breastfeeding and had not an impact on knowledge, level of Na+. The rate of mothers continued on with breastfeeding is expected to increase if we could apply the support program resolving the problems related with the support program applied in this study.
