본 연구는 농업인의 근골격계 증상을 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구로서, 경기도, 충청도, 경상도, 전라도, 강원도에 거주하는 농업인 135명을 대상으로 하였다. 연구결과 농업인의 근골격계 증상 호소 률은 대상자의 94.1%였다. 그러나 증상이 있는 대상자 중 34.3~48.6%만이 병원 치료를 받는 것으로 나타났다. 그러므로 농업인의 근골격계 건강관리를 위한 교육과 증상의 조기 발견과 치료에 대한 적극적인 관리가 요구된다.
The purpose of this study was to examine farming related musculoskeletal symptoms caused by agricultural work. As a cross-sectional study, a questionnaire survey was conducted in rural communities and investigation was carried out by a structured survey with 135 farmers. The results were as follows: Prevalence of musculoskeletal symptoms in farmers in rural communities was 94.1%. But, 34.3~48.6% of agricultural workers who had pain consulted a doctor. We need more interests and efforts in agricultural fields to promote musculoskeletal health status of agricultural workers.
