본 연구는 팀 기반학습에서 동료평가와 학습 성과, 자기 주도 학습능력과의 관계를 알아보고자 하 였다. 연구대상은 일개 간호대학생 117명이었으며, 자료는 SPSS 20.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, Pearson's correlation, Stepwise multiple regression으로 분석하였다. 동료평가 점수는 학습 성과 점수 (r=.042, p<.001), 자기 주도 학습준비도 점수(r=.254, p=.006), 개인준비도 점수(r=.199, p=.032)와 유의 한 상관관계가 있었으며, 동료평가 점수는 자기 주도 학습준비도 요인 중 개방성(r=.322, p<.001), 자 아개념(r=.276, p=.003), 내재동기(r=.221, p=.016), 자율성(r=.187, p=.044)순으로 유의한 상관관계가 있 었다. 또한, 동료평가에 영향을 미치는 요인은 자기 주도 학습준비도 요인 중 ‘개방성’이었다. 즉, 개 방성이 높은 학생들이 동료들로부터 좋은 평가를 받는 것으로 나타났다.
This study examined the relationship among peer assessment and program outcome, self-directed learning skill in a team-based learning. The subjects were 117 nursing students from one college. The data was analyzed in descriptive statistics, pearson's correlation and stepwise multiple regression using SPSS 20.0 program. Peer assessment scores correlated significantly with scores of the program outcome(r=.042, p<.001), scores of SDLR(r=.254, p=.006) and scores of individual readiness(r=.199, p=.032). Peer assessment scores also correlated significantly with openness(r=.322, p<.001), self-concept(r=.276, p=.003), intrinsic motivation(r=.221, p=.016) and autonomy(r=.187, p=.044) in order among the SDLR factors. That is, it showed that students who had an open attitude received good evaluations from their peers.
