본 연구는 산업맞춤형 직무기반 교육과정을 개발을 위한 국가직무능력표준(NCS)의 직업기초능력 이 전공교과목 도움정도 및 필요도와 직무수행능력에 대한 만족에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고자 하였다. 최종 경로분석 결과, 직업기초능력 하위요인 가운데 기술능력, 의사소통능력이 전공과목도움 정도 및 필요도에 직접영향을 미치고, 전공과목도움정도 및 필요도가 직무수행능력 만족도에 직접영 향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 의사소통능력, 기술능력이 직무수행능력 만족도에 간접적인 영향 을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 향후 치과기공사 전문직업인을 양성 차원의 특성화를 촉진하고, 정체성과 경쟁력을 확보하기 위해서는 무엇보다 교육의 질적인 향상을 위한 방안이 우선시 되어야 하며, 산업체가 만족하는 인재를 배출하기 위한 효율적인 교육과정을 개발․운영이 필요하다.
This article tried to find the effect of factors of core competency of NCS on satisfaction about helping major subject, needs and job competency for developing curriculum based on industry specials. As the result of the final path analysis, while technical ability and communicative ability of sub-factor of core competency had the direct effect on helping major subject and needs, helping major subject and needs had the direct effect on satisfaction of job competency. Also, communicative ability and technical ability had the indirect effect on satisfaction of job competency. Therefore, at first, the government has to find the way of qualitative improvement of education for promoting characterization in terms of fostering a professional dental technician and obtaining identity and competitiveness, and needs to develop and operate an efficient curriculum for producing talented person which industry can be satisfied.
