본 연구의 목적은 우리나라의 서민금융 지원제도의 현황을 확인하고, 신용보증재단중앙회에서 지 원하고 있는 햇살론의 대환대출과 한국자산관리공사의 바꿔드림론 전환대출 비교를 통해 향후 서민 금융 지원정책의 시사점을 제공하고자 하는데 있다. 또한, 서민금융 체계개편으로 인해 변화하는 제 도와 주요 선진국의 제도를 비교하여 추가적인 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다. 연구결과, 서민금융 체계개편안에서 현행 서민금융제도의 문제점을 인지하고 있으며, 그에 대한 개 선책을 마련하고 있음을 확인하였다. 그러므로 본 연구결과는 개편이 확정된 서민금융제도에 추가적 인 개선방안을 제시하였으며, 추후 서민금융 지원정책을 수립하는데 기여할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.
This study is finding status of small-loan finance support system and providing implication of supporting policy for small-loan finance, through comparing conversion of loan of ‘Sunshine Loan’(KOREG) and conversion of loan on KAMCO. And it suggests additional improvement, through comparing changing system depending on reorganization of small-loan finance system and system of the developed nations. Findings are recognition of the problems of small-loan finance and preparing improvement plan about them. So, findings are expected to suggest additional improvement to reorganization of small-loan finance system is decided and to support to establish policy for small-loan finance later.
