This The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of simulation practice education on critical
thinking, clinical judgment, and learning achievement of nursing students. A quasi-experimental research
design (one group pre-test and post-test design) and a questionnaire for measuring critical thinking, clinical
judgment, and learning achievement were used in this study. The participants were 35 students in a college
of nursing. There were statistically significant increases in differences of critical thinking and learning
achievement between pre-simulation practice education and post. There was statistically significant increase
in differences of clinical judgment between first case simulation practice and second case. According to the
findings of this study, it is necessary that repeat this study to verify the effects of simulation practice
education and approve the effects according to debriefing process or method.
