본 연구는 한국어판 Yale Food Addiction Scale(YFAS)의 타당도 및 신뢰도 검증을 위한 목적으로 실시되었다. 148명의 대학생을 임의표출하였으며, SPSS Statistics 18과 AMOS 19 program을 이용하여 내적 일관성 신뢰도, 구성타당도 검사를 하였다. 한국어판 YFAS는 6개의 요인(생활 장애, 통제력 상 실, 문제 인식, 금단 증상, 사회적 고립, 내성)으로 분류되었으며, 전체 변량은 64.6%를 설명하였다. 6 개의 하위요인은 확인적 요인분석에 의해 타당성이 입증되었으며(CFI=.966, NFI=.926, TLI=.921, RMSEA=.069), 신뢰도 계수는 .61~.81이었다. 한국어판 YFAS는 구성타당도와 내적일관성 신뢰도에서 만족할 만한 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 도구는 한국 대학생들의 음식중독을 측정하는데 적합한 도 구가 될 수 있을 것이다.
This study aimed to examine the validity and reliability of Korean version of Yale Food Addiction Scale(YFAS). The data using survey was collected from 148 of students who were randomly participated in this study. Internal consistency reliability and construct validity were analyzed by SPSS Statistics 18.0 and AMOS 19 program. Korean version of YFAS was categorized into 6 factors(Living failure, Loss of control, Problem recognition, Withdrawal, Social isolation, Immunity) explaining 64.6% of the total variance. The model of 6 subscales was validated by confirmatory factor analysis(CFI=.966, NFI=.926, TLI=.921, RMSEA=.069). Cronbach’s alpha coefficient for 23 items was .67~.81. In addition, Korean YFAS showed significant levels of construct validity and reliability. Thus, these data supported that Korean YFAS might be reasonable tool to measure the food addiction of Korean university student.
