본 연구는 간호대학생들을 대상으로 하는 핵심기본간호술 교육에 시뮬레이션을 적용하여 실무지 식, 기술, 태도에 대한 효과를 조사한 연구이다. 본 연구에서 간호대학생들의 지식, 기술 및 태도 향 상을 위한 핵심기본간호술 교육프로그램은 흡인, 위관영양, 정맥주사의 세 가지 간호술기를 포함하는 사례로 구성하였다. 본 연구는 비동등성 대조군 사후조사 설계이며, 핵심기본간호술 교육의 사전 및 사후에 수집된 자료들은 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 t-test로 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 시뮬레이션 기반 핵심간호술 교육은 대조군 간호대학생들에 비해 실험군 간호대학생들의 주관적 지식 및 객관적 지식, 그리고 기술에서 유의한 개선을 보이지 않았다. 그러나 시뮬레이션 기반 핵심간호술 교육을 받 은 간호대학생들의 주관적 태도 및 객관적 태도는 유의하게 높게 나타났다. 그러므로 본 연구결과는, 시뮬레이션 기반 핵심기본간호술 교육은 학생들의 태도를 향상시키는데 유용한 전략임을 시사하는 것이라 할 수 있겠다
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of a simulation based core basic nursing skills on the knowledge, skills and attitude in nursing students. The program consisted of one scenario which includes three main skills (suction, feeding, IV), for improvement of knowledge, skills and attitude in nursing students. The research design was a nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design. The data was analyzed by t-test using the SPSS 21.0 Program. Subjective and objective knowledge and skill showed no significant improvement in the control group. Subjective(t=4.01, p<.001) and objective(t=4.28, p<.001) attitude was significantly higher in the control group although knowledge and skill was not. Results indicate that the program developed in this study is a useful strategy to enhance attitude in nursing students. However, the program did not significantly enhance knowledge, skills. Simulation practice was an effective education method for improving attitude in nursing students.
