본 연구는 예비보육교사의 일반적 특성이 공감에 미치는 영향을 연구하고자 한다. 연구대상자는 U 시 0대학교의 예비보육교사 125명을 대상으로 2015년 4월 5일부터 2015년 4월 25일까지 실시하였다. 수집된 자료를 SPSS 18.0 통계프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였다. 각 도구의 신뢰도를 산출하기 위해 Cronbach⍺값을 계산하였고, 예비보육교사의 일반적 특성을 알아보기 위해 기술 통계치를 산출하였 다. 첫째, 예비보육교사의 삶의 만족도는 스트레스 대처방안의 하위변수인 조력추구, 문제해결, 문제 회피와 유의미한 정적 상관관계가 나타났다. 그러나 공감능력과 스트레스대처방안의 하위변수인 정서 적 완화와 소망적 사고는 통계적으로 유의미한 상관계가 나타나지 않다. 둘째, 예비보육교사의 공감 능력과 스트레스대처방안이 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향력을 살펴본 결과, 예비보육교사의 스트레스 대응방안의 하위변수인 정서적 완화는 삶의 만족도를 전체 10.77%의 설명력이 나타났다. 본 연구의 시사점은 정서적 공감능력을 향상시키기 위하여 개선 자료가 될 것으로 사료된다. 향후 예비보육교사 의 공감능력을 토대로 심리적 대처방안에 대한 연구를 하고자 한다.
Korean language abridgment research intend to study about the influence of general feature of preliminary daycare teachers to emapathy ability. This research was conducted with 125 subjects who are preliminary daycare teachers of 0 university in U city from March 5th ,2015 to April 5th, 2015. Collected informations were analyzed by using statistical program SPSS18.0. I calculated Cronbach ⍺ value to compute reliability for each tool and computed descriptive statistics value to know general feature of preliminary daycare teachers. I proved the correlation of genreal features and empathy of Preliminary teachers. First, as a result of research there is a meaningful positive relationship between life satisfaction index and assistance pursuit, solving problem, avoiding problem which is low rank variable. But, statistically, there is no meaningful positive relationship between emotional relaxation and hopeful thinking which are low rank variables of empathy capability and stress coping method. Second, as a result of studying about influences of empathy capability and stress coping method of preliminary daycare teachers that affect to life satisfaction index, emotional relaxation which is a low rank variable of stress cop,ing method of preliminary daycare teacher has 10.77% of correalation. The implication of this research is considered to be a source material to develop capablity of emotional empathy. I will be willing to conduct a research about psychological coping plan based on empathy ability of preliminary daycare teachers.
