본 연구는 2014년 5월부터 2015년 3월까지 경남, 부산지역 소재 치과병(의)원에 재직하고 있는 치 과위생사를 대상으로 자기기입식 설문조사를 실시하여 치과위생사의 직무수행 태도와 업무능력을 파 악하고 직무수행 태도가 업무능력에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 치과위생사의 직무수행 태도와 업무 능 력을 향상시키기 위한 방안에 기초자료를 제공하고자 시행하였다. 직무수행 태도가 업무 능력에 영향 을 준다고 하는 인과관계 모델을 구성하여 공분산 구조분석을 한 결과 직무수행 태도가 업무 능력에 유의한 영향(CR=8.711, p<0.001)을 미치고 있었으며, 정서적 노동 평가에 대한 설명력(SMC)은 61.2% 였다. 치과위생사의 직무수행 태도는 업무수행 능력에 유의한 영향을 주고 있었다. 따라서 치과위생 사의 업무수행 능력을 향상시켜 안정적이고 건강한 직장생활을 영위할 수 있도록 이들의 직무 태도 를 향상시킬 수 있는 방안이 필요하다고 사료된다.

On the other hand, the power of explanation (SMC) for emotional work evaluation shows the value of 61.2%. Also, the attitude of work performance for oral hygienists is absolutely affecting on their work capability. Therefore, countermeasure which can be lead on their healthy and stable workshop is to be needed.
