This research verify to the effect the Mobile Phone Dependency of the Community Child Centers for
children peer attachment, and mediating effect of Ego-Resiliency. Department of Health and Human
Services, Community Child Centers in the central support unit was used as a Community Child Centers
Children's Panel Survey 2014 2nd primary research data for this study were selected area elementary school
fourth grade Community Child Centers using the 606 people surveyed. Technical analysis is a statistical
correlation, reliability and factor analysis, multiple regression analysis was conducted to verify the causal
effect between the variables and parameters. The analysis results, peer attachment appeared to be on a
significant positive effect on Ego-Resiliency, and the Ego-Resiliency showed a statistically significant impact
on the Mobile Phone Dependency. In addition, Ego-Resiliency was found to have a mediating effect on the
relationship between peer attachment and Mobile Phone Dependency. It can be seen that the shape of the
Mobile Phone Dependency appears extremely dependent to maintain the peer relationship of the child on
the basis of these findings, and it can be seen that we can play a role in preventing a Mobile Phone
Dependency Ego-Resiliency due to the elasticity of peer attachment relationships.
