본 연구는 산업 간호사를 대상으로 산업 간호사의 구강보건의식이 구강보건지식과 실천에 미치는 영향을 파악하여, 근로자의 구강건강증진과 사업장을 중심으로 한 구강보건사업에 필요한 기초자료를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 한국산업안전공단 충부지사 소속의 산업 간호사 총51명을 대 상으로 2015년 1월 19일부터 1월 23일까지 직접 면접 조사방식으로 조사하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 전산통계 처리하였으며, 분석방법은 빈도분석 중다회귀분석, 카이스퀘어, 다중응답을 이용하였다. 결과는 산업 간호사의 구강보건의식의 하위요소 중 구강보건지식을 예측할 수 있는 요소는 구강보건의 중요성과 구강보건의 필요성으로 나타났다. 산업 간호사의 구강보건의식 의 하위요소 중 구강보건실천을 예측할 수 있는 요소는 구강보건의 중요성으로 나타났고, 산업 간호 사의 의식수준에 따라 구강보건지식과 실천은 차이가 있었다. 산업 간호사의 경력이 높을 수록 구강 보건교육 중요성이 높다고 나타났으며, 사업장의 산업 간호사들이 구강보건교육을 실시하지 못한 가 장 큰 이유는 담당자의 업무과중이 가장 높게 나타났으며, 구강보건교육이 필요한 영역에 대해서는 구강보건지식이 요구된다고 보았다.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the impaction of oral health awareness upon the knowledge and practice of oral health about occupational health nurses and then to promote oral health on workers and to provide essential materials for oral health activity on work place. The subjects of this study were 51 occupational health nurses, who were working at work places belonging to Chung-Buk branch of KOSHA, from January 19 to 23, 2015. The results were derived from using the SPSS 18.0 and were analyzed using frequency analysis, multi-recurrence analysis, chi-square test, multiple response analysis. As a results, the importance of and necessity of oral health were indicated as low-factors of oral health awareness estimating oral health practice. Knowledge and practice of oral health were showed differently according to oral health awareness of occupational health nurses. Also, amount of oral health education was showed differently according to career of them. It was difficult to make chances about oral health education for workers frequently because of the over-work on responsible worker. It was needed knowledge of oral health on the education of oral health.
