The purpose of this study is to understand the meaning of cooperative learning and to seek the way to revitalize it in school. First, we examine about the meaning of cooperative learning and approach direction of teaching and the way to revitalize it in five points of view. If the cooperative learning materializes in this way, everyone got his role without any exception and he realized he does something for the class. While students study in this way, they becomes pleased voluntarily. If learning comes to this stage, communication and consideration between student and student, teacher and student comes true and students’ personalities grow up naturally. And if teaching comes to not participate in gifted children but participate in all students, it is basic direction of teaching in collaborative learning. Students can feel the happiness while they learn in this cooperative learning and can realize the true worth through the result that they achieved. After all, students can develop their capabilities thanks to the process of this learning and continuous repetition of the result.
