The purposes of this paper were to find out how information users perceive the college information disclosure system and how much they trust the information in the system. This s study explored the current situations of information use and conducted the surveys with the information users. In oder to achieve the research goals, surveys and interviews were conducted examined how information users. In total, 282 university students and 20 high school teachers participated with the survey and 5 college professors participated with the interviews. According to the study, most of the information users are not know about the disclosed information and thus they did not utilize the information. The staff employed by these institutions understood that information is disclosed, but they only utilized the information when they were involved in the work relevant to evaluation metrics for their institutions. Based on the study results, effective ways of advertising the Alimi site were proposed.
