This study is aimed to research on career activities of the Koryuin groups moved from commonwealth of independent states and countries around the region to Korea. For this purpose, qualitative case study method is used to expend understanding of experiences of six Koryuin through the interview. The result of the research is as followed: First, the career goal of the subjective was becoming a currency dealer, establishing a company of education or business, getting a 4th certificate of Test of Proficiency in Korean, and employed as a businessman of a company. The internal obstacles of career achievement are lack of Korean fluency and adjustment of cultural food, on the other hand, the external obstacles are vertical organization of Korean society and financial problem. In preparatory of the career activities, the Korean minorities use resources from friends, seniors, books, Russian religious community, seminar, forum to collect the information needed. As they perform the preparation, the Korean Minorities admit the Korean language course, do service projects in Overseas Koreans Foundation, communicate with seniors about the career, read books, and study hard. In addition, the meaning of having a career goal for the Koryuin is firstly for family, secondly for helping others, thirdly for having an enjoyable life. In order to support these groups to continue their career activities in their experience, there are seven main factors to contribute the support: 1. necessity of advancing into better life environment, 2. encouragement of family members 3. influence of achievement experiences 4. motivation of successful stories found on books or other people 5. practice 6. useful information 7. service.
