본 논문은 팀 프로젝트 기반 수업에서 팀 프로젝트 수행과정과 팀 프로젝트 성과 사이의 관계를 규명하기 위해 대학에서 팀 프로젝트 중심으로 진행하는 교과목을 수강하는 대학생을 대상으로 연구 를 진행하였다. 연구를 위하여 경기도 소재 P 대학의 교양필수 교과목 수강생 235명의 학생들을 대상 으로 온라인 설문 조사를 실시하였고, 이중 210명의 응답 내용을 연구 자료로 활용하였다. 수집된 자 료 분석은 SPSS 21.0을 사용하여 기술통계분석과 다중 회귀분석 방식을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구를 위하여 팀 프로젝트 수행과정을 팀 프로젝트의 목표를 성취하기 위한 팀 구성원 간의 상호 작용으로 정의하고 의사소통, 갈등관계, 신뢰관계를 구성 요소로 보았으며, 팀 프로젝트 효과성은 프 로젝트 목표를 성취한 정도로 정의하고, 이를 프로젝트 만족도로 보았다. 연구결과, 팀 프로젝트 수행 과정에서 팀원 간의 의사소통과 갈등관계, 신뢰관계는 팀 프로젝트 만족도와 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
In this paper, I was conducted to investigate factors affecting team project performance through team project process of college students who took a course in project-based learning. For this study, I collected data via on-line survey from 235 at P University in Gyeonggi-do. Of these, 210 adopted the responses as research data. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 21.0 to obtain means and standard deviations and perform multiple association analysis. Pearson's correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis were performed to identify factors affecting team project performance. For research, Project process is defined as the interaction between team members to accomplish the goals of projects, and considered as communication, conflict and trust relationships on factors. According to research, Factors as communication, conflict relationship and trust relationship in project-based process was found on a significant effect on team performance.
