In this paper, I was conducted to investigate factors affecting team project performance through team
project process of college students who took a course in project-based learning. For this study, I collected
data via on-line survey from 235 at P University in Gyeonggi-do. Of these, 210 adopted the responses as
research data. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 21.0 to obtain means and standard deviations and
perform multiple association analysis. Pearson's correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis were
performed to identify factors affecting team project performance. For research, Project process is defined as
the interaction between team members to accomplish the goals of projects, and considered as
communication, conflict and trust relationships on factors. According to research, Factors as communication,
conflict relationship and trust relationship in project-based process was found on a significant effect on
team performance.
