본 연구에서는 급속히 변화하고 있는 최신의 모바일 사용자 환경에서 장애를 가진 사용자들과의 모바일 소통에 있어서 격차 문제를 인식하고, 이를 해소하기 위하여 관련된 유사 사례를 조사 분석하 였으며, 특수한 맥락을 가진 사용자 경험 도구를 적용하여 실질적인 개선 전략을 다루고자 하였다. 이러한 연구가 꼭 필요함에도 불구하고, 현재까지 전통적인 정보접근성에 관한 사용성 평가, 또는 모 바일 활용에 대한 기능 중심의 계량적 조사 연구에 국한되고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구는 사회적, 행정 적, 교육적 측면의 이론적 연구가 아닌 디자인적 측면에서 특수한 사용자 계층을 타겟으로 한 모바일 경험 도구의 적용을 시도하였다는 점에서 연구의 독창성이 있으며, 융합적 연구로서 가치를 지닌다고 할 수 있다. 무엇보다도 정보 환경에 민감한 특정 세대에만 국한되지 않고 장애인과 정보취약계층의 정보 공감과 소통을 이끌어 낼 수 있는 확장성 있는 연구를 통해 보다 진보된 정보 사회로 도약할 수 있는 계기가 될 수 있을 것이다.
With the awareness of the communication divide problem with mobile users with disabilities in the rapidly-changing up-to-date mobile user environment, this study researched and analyzed the relevant similar cases to solve this problem. It also intended to implement a practical improvement strategy with the application of a user experience tool in special context. Despite the definite need for the research like this, the reality is that the preceding researches are restricted to the usability evaluation about information accessibility with the application of the conventional research methodology, or the function-centered quantitative survey research on mobile usage. This study has its originality and value as convergence research in terms that it attempted the application of the special mobile experience tools targeting specific user classes from the design aspect other than the theoretical research from the social, administrative and educational aspects. This study can be a momentum to take off towards the more advanced information society through the extensible research which can draw the sympathy with information from those with disabilities and the information poor without being limited to a specific generation sensitive to information environment.
