모바일 증강현실에서 3D 객체를 조작할 때 제스처를 기반으로 한 사용자 인터페이스가 터치 스크 린을 이용한 사용자 인터페이스에 비해서 더 직관적이므로 제스처 기반의 사용자 인터페이스가 사용 자들에게 더 자연스러운 상호작용을 제공할 수 있다. 이 논문에서는 모바일 증강현실 광고에서 사용 자와 3D 광고 컨텐츠 간의 인터랙션 방법으로 기존의 터치 스크린 인터페이스 대신에 손 동작 및 팔 움직임을 활용한 인터페이스를 제안하고 구현하였다. 손 동작과 팔의 움직임을 인식하기 위하여 착용 형 암 밴드 장치의 근전도 센서와 가속도 센서, 자이로 센서, 자기 센서 신호들을 결합하여 사용하였 다. 손 동작 및 팔 움직임을 추적하는 인터페이스를 추가하여 기존 CARDA 애셋을 확장하였다. 사용 자가 현실세계에서 물체를 조작하는 느낌을 갖는 인터페이스를 구현하기 위해서 30명으로부터 수집 한 회전, 확대/축소, 객체 선택에 대한 제스처를 바탕으로 객체 조작을 위한 제스처를 정의하였고 사 용자와 3D 객체의 제스처-인터랙션을 구현하였다.
