This study is to search controversial points on current activities of education evaluation in institutions for the early child special education and find out solutions for the points after the comprehensive analysis of the activities in real through case studies. For the purpose, 6 teachers were selected from three different types of institutions. 2 teachers were selected from the each type. They, as participants of this research, had interviews in depth, collected document materials. and analyzed them together. As the results of this research, it was found that the points at issue of the activities of education evaluation in institutions for the early child special education and the solutions for the points are to devise a plan for the activity of education evaluation in detail, to diversify the method and tool for the evaluation, to develop the appropriate evaluation tool for early child. In addition. the necessities of the discussion among teachers or the communication with parents of students and experts of the matter on the way of utilizing the procedure and result of the evaluation were proposed as the points. The cooperation with other institutions and support in the field of manpower and education for the teacher of the early child spcial education from govemrnent were also proposed as the solutions to figure out the problems happened during the activities of education evaluation in institutions for the early child special education.
