The present study seeks to examine the value and importance of natural resort forests as resources for geography education through in-depth analysis of the contents of geography education in the natural resort forest work-study program for children in the community. Through this, it attempts to provide cases of what children learn through geography education in the natural resort forest work-study program and various approaches employed for it. The findings suggest that the natural resort forest work-study program incorporates core geographic notions such as locations, places, interactions between nature and human beings, movement, areas and so forth, and offers an appropriate opportunity to provide children with lessons on contents of geography education including geographic skills to answer geographic questions by having children collect, organize, and analysis information to find answers to those questions.
