This study is intended to explore an effect of multi-cultural education through
cooking activity influencing over a racial attitude and pro-social behavior of the
young clUldren. A result of applying an experiment to the clU ldren of experiment
group among 30 clUldren of N day care center and C day care center located at G
metropolitan city is as follows. First, prejudice score of experiment group that
performed multi-cultural education through cooking activity was more significantly
reduced that of control group. Second, pro-social behavior score of experiment group
that performed multi-cultural education through cooking activity was more
significantly increased than that of control group.
