본 연구는 대학생의 창의융합역량을 타당하게 측정할 수 있는 도구를 개발하는데 궁극적인 목적을 두고, 창의융합역량을 설명할 수 있는 5C 모형을 검증하고자 하였다. 이러한 목적에 따라 4년제 대학 교에 재학 중인 대학생을 대상으로 예비검사를 실시하였고, 탐색적 요인분석을 통해 창의융합역량의 하위요인인 창의적 능력, 창의적 성격, 창의적 리더십, 융합적 사고, 융합적 가치 창출에 해당하는 총 59문항이 추출되었다. 그리고 본 검사 및 확인적 요인분석을 실시하여 구인타당도를 확보하였고, 이 과정을 통해서 5C 모형을 검증하였다. 그 결과, 대학생 창의융합역량은 창의역량과 융합역량으로 구 성된 위계구조모형보다는 창의적 능력, 창의적 성격, 창의적 리더십, 융합적 사고, 융합적 가치 창출 로 구성된 단일 차원의 병렬구조모형으로 이루어진 5C 모형의 적합도가 설명력이 더 높음을 확인하 여, 5C 모형을 검증하였다. 이러한 본 연구결과는 대학에서 창의융합역량을 향상시키는 교수-학습 체 계와 대학생 창의융합역량 측정도구를 개발할 수 있는 기초연구자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
The purpose of this study was to verify 5C model that explained the creativity confluence competency of the university students, with the ultimate goal of developing a test. For this purpose, a preliminary test was conducted to university students. Through an exploratory factor analysis, 59 items were extracted which included creative ability, creative personality, creative leadership, confluent thinking, and confluent value creation. Construct validity was identified by performing this test and a confirmatory factor analysis and 5C model was verified. As a result, rather than a hierarchical structure model which was integrated with creative competency and confluence competency, a parallel structure of 5C model which consisted of creative ability, creative personality, creative leadership, confluent thinking, and confluent value creation explained creativity confluence competency for university students was verified. This study result will be the basic research material to develop a teaching and learning system and a creativity confluence competency test.
