본 연구는 간호사의 환자에 대한 신뢰감 형성에 대해 탐색할 목적으로 실시하였다. 본 연구는 포 커스그룹 연구방법을 적용한 질적연구이다. 자료수집 기간은 2015년 5월 1일부터 2016년 12월 31일까 지 포커스 그룹 면담을 적용하였으며, 경상남도 J 시 대학병원의 정신과병동 간호사 1그룹, 일반병동 간호사 2그룹으로 총 3개의 그룹에 참여한 간호사는 총 14명이었다. 3개의 포커스 그룹에 대한 심층 면담은 연구자에 의해 진행되었으며 면담은 연구참여자에게 동의를 받아 녹음하였고 면담직후 즉시 필사되었다. 수집된 자료는 Colazzi 의 방법에 의해 분석되었다. 간호사의 환자에 대한 신뢰감 형성의 요인은 ‘내적 속성’ ‘외적 속성’‘전문적 속성’, ‘간호상담의 속성’, 치료적 환경 조성능력’이었다. 본 연 구에서 나타난 신뢰감 형성에 대한 속성을 기반으로 향후 간호사들이 환자와의 신뢰감 형성 증진을 위한 프로그램을 개발을 할수 있을 것이며, 나아가 그 프로그램의 적용효과를 검증해보는 연구도 발 전시킬수 있을 것이다.
The purpose of this study is to explore the attributes of trust building of nurse toward the patient . Data were collected from May 1 2015 until December 2016 through Focus Group interviews with participants' consent. The subjects are one group in the psychiatric ward of a university hospital, located in Gyeongsangnam-do city , two groups of medical ward of a university hospital,14 subjects meet criteria in a total of five groups people were interviewed. The interviews were transcribed immediately after recording. Five focus groups were conducted the research. Data were analyzed by the Colazzi's. Results: Five attributes of trust building of psychotic patients toward the nurse were extracted: 'internal attributes', 'external attributes', 'professional attributes', 'nursing counsel's attributes', and 'ability to build the therapeutic millieu'.
