본 연구의 목적은 국내 웹사이트에서 제공되는 주의력결핍과잉행동장애(Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder: ADHD) 관련 정보를 조사하고 분석하고자 하였다. 국내 광역 및 기초단체의 정신건강증진센터의 148개 웹사이트와 일반 정보 검색 사이트에서 ADHD 관련 정보를 제시하고 있 는 430개의 웹사이트 중 ADHD의 정의, 원인, 증상, 진단, 치료 과정, 의견수렴 기전 등을 포함하고 있는 12개 사이트가 최종분석에 사용되었다. 웹사이트 평가 도구는 웹사이트 구축성, 운영성, 접근성, 내용성 등 4개 영역 총 26항목으로 구성되었다. 최종 선정된 12개의 ADHD 관련 웹사이트 분석결과 78점 만점에 45~58점까지 다양한 분포를 보여주고 있다. 구축성 평가점수는 총 18점 중 13~18점의 분 포를 나타내었으며, 운영성은 총 24점 중 9~19점의 분포를 나타내었다. 웹사이트 접근성은 총 15점 중 0~7점의 매우 낮은 점수를 보였으며, 내용성은 총 21점 중 13~21점으로 점수 차이가 나타났다. ADHD와 관련된 웹사이트의 현황파악과 질 평가를 통해 웹사이트 평가시스템을 구축하는데 기초자 료로 활용할 수 있으며, 앞으로 꾸준한 모니터링을 통한 지속적인 질 평가가 필요하겠다.
The aims of this study were to analyze current status of the web sites dealing with Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD) in the Internet, and to evaluate their technical aspects and contents. Twelve sites including the contents related with identification, cause and symptoms of ADHD, consultation of health professionals, and treatment for ADHD were selected to be analyzed. The evaluation tool consisted of four areas(construction, operation, accessibility and content) with 26 items. The results of the analysis were as follows: 1) their was no web site dealing with ADHD managed by public institutions 2)the only 3% of the top 430 sites were found to be related with the ADHD by exploring the tip four search engines in Korea and 3)the evaluation scores 12 web sites were 13-18 out of 18 in the category of construction 9-19 out of 24 in operation, 0-7 out of 15 in accessibility, and 13-21 out of 21 in content. The result of quality evaluation on ADHD related web sites will be able to utilize a basic data to construct the system to evaluate web sites. The sustained quality evaluation through continuous monitoring will need to provide high quality information about ADHD.
