The purpose of this study is to analyze the process that teachers who worked in the
innovation school are experiencing while working in the regular school. For this purpose,
we conducted in – depth interviews with 6 teachers working in A innovation school but
now working in regular school.
They experienced change in school vision sharing, cooperative relationship, sharing of
practice, and change of perspectives in the innovative schools. However, they were
re-examining bureaucratic, formal, and personal culture while moving to regular school.
There are four major aspects that these people adjust to in regular schools. It appeared as "
isolation, " " frustration, " " personal practice, " and "compliance." Based on the results of
this study, we suggested a plan to spread the value of innovative schools.
