The study is to identify the factors influencing on cancer progression among patients with endometrial
cancer in Chungcheon area . Data were surveyed using interview and questionnaires by 218 patients who
had visited two general hospitals which was located in D and K area from October 17 to November 30,
2016. The progression of endometrial cancer and medical characteristics were analyzed by chi-square test.
The results were as follows. Firstly, patients(60.5%) who had received many psychological fatigue for
cancer progression were significantly higher than patients(58.2%) with localized cancer((X2=3.76, p<.05).
Secondly, there was a significantly negative correlation between age and body weight(r=--0.21, p<.05).
Thirdly, the age explained the progression of endometrial cancer(23.1%), body weight(7.4%), psychological
fatigue(5.8%), meat intake(2.7%), respectively. These four variables explained the progression of endometrial
cancer(37.1%). In order to prevent the incidence of endometrial cancer, it is needed to develop health education programs that focus on medical characteristics of health status.
