The aim of this study is to investigate the influencing factors of user satisfaction of senior citizen
centers. Senior citizens that use senior citizen centers in K-gu, Seoul were selected as research subjects, on
whom a survey was carried out from February 1, 2016 to April 30, 2016. For data analysis, the
SPSS/WIN 21.0 program was used to carry out a t-test, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis,
etc. and positive analysis results showed a significance level of 5%. Firstly, study results showed that the
difference in user satisfaction of senior citizen centers according to monthly income was significant, while
that according to sex, age group, education level, and religion was not. Secondly, user satisfaction of senior
citizen centers did not show any difference according to the length of use, frequency of use, and utilization
time. Thirdly, the correlation between the quality of service and user satisfaction showed to have a positive correlation in the following order: level of reliability, empathy, assurance, correspondence, and
categorization. Fourthly, influence factors of user satisfaction showed as the following in the respective
order: reliability and assurance of service quality, age, monthly income. The implications of this study are
considered to be alternative base line data for user satisfaction and improvement of service quality in senior
citizen centers.
