This study aims to obtain suggestions for the university education of workers in the field of information
technology and telecommunications by analyzing how the factors of academic achievement and individual,
of university enrollment, affect the employment of permanent and non-permanent workers. The results of
this study appeared that the higher the economic status of the parents, and female than male, 4-year
universities than college and major of information technology and telecommunications than non, higher the probability of becoming a permanent full-time workers was higher. It was also found that higher the grade
as academic achievement factor, higher the probability of becoming a permanent full-time workers was
higher. But it was found that longer the period of work experience, acquirement of professional certificate,
longer the period of language training abroad, more get in preparation program for employment, the
probability of employment as a non-regular part time workers was higher. Therefore, university authorities
that plan and implement educational activities for students who desire to work as permanent full-time
worker need to establish differentiated strategies to assist students gain higher grade, longer period for find
employment as regular worker.
