한국의 경제는 자본주의를 배경으로 성장하고 있고 경제적 불평등과 같은 문제점들이 발견되고 있 다. 그리고 사회적 기업이 그 문제점의 해결책으로 제시되고 있다. 사회적 기업이란 이윤을 추구하면 서 사회적 목적을 가지고 실현하는 기업을 말한다. 사회적 기업이 사회적 목적을 실현하는 데에는 한 계가 있어서 정부는 사회적 기업에게 금전적 지원을 하고 있다. 최근에는 사회적기업의 효율성에 대 한 연구들이 많이 진행되어지고 있다. 이 연구에서는 이전의 연구들과 다르게 사회적 기업의 특성을 고려하였다. 사회적 기업의 특징들을 고려하는 요소에는 회사의 자산과 자본, 정부 지원금 등과 취약 계층 고용 수와 매출액, 당기순이익 등이 있다. 본 연구에서는 DEA를 이용하여 각 연도별로 효율성 을 분석하여 평가했다. 그리고 연구의 결과에서 2013년에서 2016년 사이 효율성이 늘어나고 사회적 기업의 수가 또한 늘어났음을 알 수 있다. 그러나 통계학적 관점에서는 평균 간의 변화는 의미가 없 다는 것으로 결과가 나왔다.
Korea's economic have been growing in the background of capitalism. And problems are discovering such as economic inequality. A social enterprise come up for problem's solution. A social enterprise is a company that realizes with a social purpose while pursuing profits. There are limits for social enterprises to realize social objectives, and the government provides social enterprises with financial support since there are limits for social objective. In recently years, The efficiency study of the social enterprise is being done much. In this study consider characteristics of Social Enterprise unlike previous research. those characteristics's elements is company's property, net income, employment of vulnerable social group, government support money and sales. In this research, efficiency was evaluated by analysis using DEA every year. The research shows the efficiency and the number of social enterprises is increased between 2013 and 2016, but Yearly average is no statistically significant difference.
