As the number of recruitment methods of school account employee increases, the number of occupations
by local office of education is large, and management difficulties are emerging. In particular, the burden of
labor cost of local education financing is burdened, and the necessity of improvement of financial and
organizational management capacity of education office including establishment of organization management
manpower and education and training system continues to be raised. The purpose of this study is to
analyze the current status of school account employee and to suggest implications for the improvement of
the related system after presenting the educational finance and organization management of the education
office after the total amount of labor expenses system. As a result of this study, the increase of the
number of school accounting staff showed that the increase of the labor cost of the local education finance
was very large, and the management cost was increased such as the establishment of the management
organization and the solution of the labor relations. In the future, the local office of education proposes that efforts should be made to improve the school accounting management capacity of the overall local
office of education through the integration of school accounting jobs and the establishment of education and
training systems.
