The purpose of this study is to check the improvement of the center and to prepare an alternative for
the establishment of a late - By analyzing the operation data of a metropolitan transportation support center
for the people with disabilities in Seoul and the current status data of Gyeonggi-do.
For this purpose, the data used in this study were the big data of Seoul mobility support center for
person with disabilities and the mobility support center data and user data of Gyeonggi-do. service area, purpose of use, characteristics of user, time required for boarding, and delay time are analyzed. The results
of the analysis and suggestions based on the results are as follows.
First, In case of moving in the city, alternative means of transportation(In other words, developing a
quasi-bus route to diversify starting and destination) should be provided besides special transportation.
Second, It is necessary to expand the use of STS and to operate them flexibly. Third, diversify bus type
(general taxi, etc.) which can be used depending on wheelchair use. Fourth, reduce the delay time of
allocation of bus.
