Many families of today show significant increasing tendency that their crises of marital relationship increase and, end up as tragic broken families against their intention The purpose of this study is to develop a 'Integrated Program', which contributes to practical helps to marital relationship. The program has performed on couples who participated in the program, and evaluated the variation between before and after the program by evaluation questionnaires. The result of the study is as follows. First, the program enhances the marital satisfaction the participated couples. Second, the program helps them to their marital lives practically. Third, the couples feel each spouse as more precious person in their heart. Therefore, they don't forget to mention that they would eager to recommend this program to neighbour couples. National statistic shows that the current birthrate becomes more acute decreasing tendency. The reason of the national crisis of decreasing birth rate seems to be originated from broken marital relationships. As conclusion; First, more professionalists of family ministry and marital relationship need to be trained and cultivated as a project of family department in government. Second, the professionalists ought to develop more programs of marital and family relationship. Third, the developed programs, i.e. the integrated program, need to be encouraged to apply on more couples and family members to overcome the current marital and family crisis of Korea.
