The purpose of this research is to design a personal learning system for
the purpose of responding to the era of the fourth industrial revolution.
This study analyzed three educational suggestions for the fourth industry
revolution. First of all, it is needed to discuss future human resources
images and core competencies matching them. Secondly, future social
changes call for general innovation of educational systems. Third, since the
change of society is expected to accelerate the structure of the
winner-take-all society, it is necessary to strengthen the educational policy
for socially vulnerable people. Thirdly, in order to conduct various
experiments such as establishment of an individual school system, it is
necessary to establish flexibility of the educational system with priority.
Fourth, for innovation of the school system, this study suggest that policy
leadership that gains the trust of the people is necessary.
In the process of applying the personal learning system, this study try to present
matters to be considered. First of all, it is necessary to promote a long-term
perspective beyond the regime. Second, for the overall innovation of the school
system, teacher change is more important than any other things. Third, in order to
conduct various experiments such as establishment of an personal learning system,
it is necessary to establish flexibility of the educational system with priority.
Fourth, for innovation of the school system, this study suggest that policy
leadership that gains the trust of the educational entity is necessary.
