본 연구는 행복에 관한 연구와 귀인이론을 통합하기 위한 시도로 행복감에 대한 귀인 요인을 밝히기 위해 수행되었다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 연구는 00교육대학교 학생 85명을 대 상으로 행복한지의 여부를 묻는 질문과 그 이유를 묻는 질문을 제시하고 진술하도록 하였다. 응답 은 주제 분석법을 적용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 행복 귀인 요인으로 건강, 가족, 친구, 생활 만 족, 성취, 목표, 낙관 및 운이 추출되었다. 추출된 행복 귀인 요인들은 귀인의 안정성 차원, 소재 차원 그리고 통제 가능성 차원에 따라 분류되었다.
The purpose of this research was to identify attribute factors for subjective happiness. For this purpose, the happiness questionnaires were administered to 85 students of 00 University of Education. The inventory was consisted of two questions; are you happy or not? and why you think so? The responses were classified according to theme. The 8-health, family, friend, satisfying life, achievement, goal, optimism and luck. The attribute factors for happiness were classified based on stable-unstable dimension, intra-extra dimension and controllable-uncontrollable dimension. It was suggested further research for systematically approaching to identified the attribute factors for subjective happiness.
