본 연구의 목적은 예비초등교사의 체육교과에 대한 교직열정과 스포츠자신감 및 체육교수불안 간의 인과관계를 규 명하는데 있어 체육교수불안에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 예비초등교사의 교직열정과 스포츠자신감이 어떠한 관계에서 영향을 주고받는지 실증적으로 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 조사대상은 Gpower 프로그램 기준 통계분석에 필요한 연구대상자는 184명 이상이면 적합하다는 판단 하에 2017년 현재 대구․청주․춘천 교육대학교에 재학 중인 대학생 316명으로 선정하였다. 수집자료는 SPSS 21과 AMOS 18 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도분석을 시작으로 탐색 적 타당도 분석, 확인적 타당도 분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관분석, 구조방정식모형분석을 실시하였으며, 본 연구에서의 모든 유의수준은 .05로 설정하였다. 검증한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 교대생의 체육교과에 대한 교직열정은 스포츠자신감에 유의한 정적 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 교대생의 체육교과에 대한 교직열정은 체육교수불안 에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 셋째, 교대생의 스포츠자신감은 체육교수불안에 직접적인 영향을 미치지는 않으 나 교직열정이 더해져 매개변인으로 작용할 때 체육교수불안을 완화시키는 완전매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 예비초등교사들이 한정된 교육과정 속에서 다양한 교과목 이수로 기본적인 교과 이해정도의 수준으로 교육을 받기 때문에 체육을 전공한 사람도 실제 체육수업 현장에서 느끼게 되는 다양한 불안감 완화에 있어 스포츠자신감 이 중요한 역할을 하는 중재변인임을 확인하였다.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the causal relationship between pre - service teacher 's passion for physical education and sports self - confidence and physical education professor' s anxiety, In order to verify whether they are affected or not. The subjects of this study were 184 subjects required for Gpower program standard statistical analysis. In this study, we selected 316 college students in Daegu, Cheongju and Chuncheon in 2017. The data was analyzed frequency analysis, exploratory validity analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and structural equation modeling analysis by using SPSS 21 and the AMOS 18. All significance levels in this study were set at .05. The results of this study are as follows. structural equation modeling analysis result: First, the passion of teaching about the physical education subjects of the students of the college of education had a statistically significant positive effect on the sport self – confidence. Second, the passion of teaching about the physical education subjects of the students of the college of education did not affect of Physical Education Teaching Anxiety. Finally, the sport self - efficacy of the students of the college of education showed the full mediating effect on the relationship between teaching passion and physical education professor anxiety. In other words, because preliminary elementary teachers are educated at the level of understanding basic curriculum with various curriculums in a limited curriculum, sports self-confidence plays an important role in relieving various anxieties felt by physical education teachers in physical education classes Mediated variables.
