본 연구의 목적은 공동모금회 배분사업 중 테마사업에 대한 문제점과 개선방 안 등을 지역사회 및 현장 사회복지 실무자들의 면접을 통하여 파악하여 향후 테마기획사업의 효과적인 운영방안을 제시하는데 있다. 본 연구에서 탐색한 문 제영역은 테마기획사업의 인식, 과정, 방향이다. 본 연구는 연구대상자들이 이해 하는 테마기획사업의 인식의 내용과 의미, 테마기획사업의 과정에서 어려운 점 과 앞으로 테마기획사업의 방향을 위해 정책적 및 실천적 기초자료를 마련하는 데 연구의 목적을 가지고 있으므로 보다 해석적인 연구에 중점을 두었다. 본 연 구에서는 카니(carney)가 제시하는 3단계 유형에 따라 진행하였다. 본 연구의 의의는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 테마사업의 개선을 위한 목적으로 지역사회복지기관 의 현장 실무자를 대상으로 욕구조사를 시도하였다는 점이다. 둘째, 테마기획사 업에 선정되고 이를 진행해온 실무자들을 대상으로 질적연구방법을 적용함으로 써 대표적인 정보를 제공하였다는 점이다.
The study tried qualitative research methods on 20 practitioners who were working in social welfare agency with a purpose of improving Theme Program. In this study areas managed awareness, processes, and the direction of the themes program. The qualitative research methodologies is used for this research. The subjects of this study are understand theme program, content and meaning of awareness of thema program. This analysis of research is focused on a difficult point in the direction of program and plan the practical policy, provide to baseline data. In this study managed depending on the type of the proposed 3 phase by Carney. The significance of this study are as follows. First, It is attempting to investigate for practitioners who are working for program improvement in social welfare agencies. Second, It is provide to typical information practitioners who were selected for program and it means applying qualitative research methods.
