This study examined the effect of Suicidal Ideation and it's related factors. Especially, it focused to fine out anxiety and somatization effect on female elder's Suicidal Ideation and other factors found in the previous studies which were important in determining Elderly Living Alone's Ideation of Suicide : their sexs, ages, separate period, subjective financial status were considered. The present study conducted 1:1 interviews with 430 elders selected through sampling among female aged 65. Among the subjects, 356 were included in finial analysis. The study's results are as follows. First, demographical factors having a significant effect on elder' Suicidal thought were aged and subjective financial status. Second, anxiety and Somatization have significant impacts on the Elderly Living Alone's Ideation of Suicide. factors affecting suicidal thoughts were anxiety and somatization that is, elders who seemed to be an anxiety and somatization had sucidial thought more. From these results, anxiety and somatization are other significant factors predicting Suicidal Ideation among Female Single Aged.
