In this study, through Services delivery medium about Workers' of rehabilitation
center for the disabled Study on Determinants of Job Satisfaction, We were to
propose efficient plan to Improve the quality of services for people with
disabilities and surveyed 200 workers in six rehabilitation center for the
disabled. We used the statistical program of SPSS for Window Version 18.0,
performed Multiple Regression Analysis in order to identify correlation analysis
relevant to individual characteristic in worker's organization, task and Job
Satisfaction. The results of this study, the working environment and working
conditions, including staff training time spent on overall satisfaction is higher
than the other items showed, With respect to the vertical relationships, and
work for their organization, as well as belonging, responsibility and accomplishment
is relatively high. The whole organization management factors can be summarized
environmental factors, the highest for satisfaction, promotion, job satisfaction, such
as the order showed relatively very low satisfaction for compensation to be
investigated.
