In Indian philosophy, Bhagavad Gītā is a text that represents the spirituality
philosophy that consists of the questions Krishna and Arjuna. This paper
analyzes the whole contents of this document from the point of view of
philosophical Counseling and concentrates on the aspect that Krishna functions
as a philosophical counselor and interprets the main topics of Indian philosophy
as his counseling technique. As a representative spiritual counselor, Krishna
reveals both the human aspect and the superpersonal and transcendent sides, and
answers all questions of her client Arjuna without any hindrance. We also
examine Krishna's methodology as a philosophical counselor to cure the
suffering faced by the client as the ultimate goal of true happiness. In the
process, we will examine the original counseling technique and its contents that
Krishna, the counselor, used to convey the concept of spirituality and Atman as
human sacred humanity to the client Arjuna effectively. Through this analysis,
we try to interpret the meaning of spirituality that can be reconsidered in
modern society, the value of happiness and healing that hindu classical text
Bhagavad Gītā shows.
