본 연구는 특수교사들의 온라인 커뮤니티의 참여 경험에 관한 기술을 통해 온라인 커뮤니티의 참여 경험이 교사의 인식과 행동에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 이해하고 의미를 탐구하기 위한 연구 이다. 이러한 연구 목적에 따라 온라인 커뮤니티 참여 경험이 있는 특수교사들을 대상으로 FGI를 실시하였다. 면담을 통해 참여자들의 공유된 경험과 실제적인 개선 방안이 논의되었으며 이를 바 탕으로 4개의 대주제와 17개의 하위 주제가 도출되었다. 도출된 4개 주제에 대한 주 내용은 다음 과 같다. (1) 온라인 커뮤니티 참여의 의미, (2) 온라인 커뮤니티 참여의 어려움, (3) 온라인 커뮤 니티 참여의 형태, (4) 온라인 커뮤니티의 개선방향. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 특수교육 현장에서 특수교사들의 전문적인 학습공동체의 하나로써 특수교사 온라인 커뮤니티의 구축 방향 및 가능성 에 대해 논의하였다.
The purpose of this study was to understand the effects of experiences of joining in the online community on the recognitions and behaviors of teachers. For this purpose, FGI among special education teachers who had joined in the online community were conducted. 4 themes and 17 sub-themes are inferred from the shared experiences and practical ways of improvement discussed in the interview. The 4 themes includes (1) the meanings of joining in the online community, (2) the difficulties in joining an online community, (3) the forms of joining in the online community, (4) the improvement directions of the online community. According to the results, the directions and possibilities of special education online community as one of the professional groups of special education teachers in the field were discussed.
