The study is to investigate implications of video lecture education and service for students with health
impairments, and to discuss improvement of education and quality of students with health impairments
through overall view on video lecture education and service for students with health impairments at
present. A research method is to collect and analyze materials offered by Ggum-sarang School and the
annual report of the Ministry of Education. As a result of investigating various demands in an actual site,
although students with health impairments are special needs students, there are no education support,
environment and good education support of the Ministry of Education, and when students with health
impairments beat an illness and make their comeback on their school, they suffer fear of learning, or
learning retarded or learning disability that they do not follow progress at a good time so postpone or
leave school. Therefore, the study is to consider overall operation, manpower support, the present support
condition, and problems of a video lecture system for students with health impairments, and to discuss the
direction. The study results means if students with health impairments battle a disease and are not in
danger of learning again, constant exertions of educational officials, and effort and responsibility of the
Ministry of Education or the relevant authorities are needed, and are used as useful materials to establish a
support system of video education through responsible support of concrete steps.
