Objectives : The aim of the present study is to know about cognition treatment program of dementia patient. Methods : The materials of the research were collected by retrieving research items in the areas of "Dementia" and "Cognition Program" and "Cognition Treatment" and "Cognition Rehabilitation" from the data base of KISS and Kisti and KMbase. Results : The interventions used in the selected nine studies were presented as a programme of music programs, Recall treatment, and occupational programs, and were shown to be effective in all studies selected by treating cognitive treatment programs to patients with dementia. Conclusion : The purpose of this study is to review the systematic literature to integrate the results of various cognitive therapy programs of dementia patients from 2007 to December 2016. Studies of the cognitive treatment regimes for patients with Alzheimer’s disease are presented in the P.I.C.O. method, which can be used as the basis for selecting interventions, periods, and assessment tools, depending on the nature of dementia patients when treating dementia patients. It is also expected to help determine future research.
