본 연구는 진화심리학과 Bowen이론에 근거한 이성관계 향상 프로그램 개발에 앞서 두 이론을 고찰하였다. 첫째, 본 연구에서는 진화심리학에 근거하여 남녀의 성차를 인간의 번식과 관련되는 중요한 요소인 짝짓기 전략, 공격 성, 질투에 관해 고찰하였다. 둘째, 본 연구에서는 원가족 경험이 개인과 커플에게 미치는 영향을 살펴보았고, Bowen이론의 핵심개념인 자기분화의 향상은 커플에게 긍정적인 영향을 줄 수 있음을 고찰하였다. 결론적으로 진화심리학에 근거한 남녀의 성차에 대한 고찰과 Bowen이론에 근거한 원가족관계에 대한 의식화는 이성관계 향 상 프로그램에 기초자료가 될 것이다.
The purpose of this study was to examine two theories before developing the couple relationship improvement program based on evolutionary psychology and Bowen's theory. First, on the basis of evolutionary psychology, this study examined sexual difference about mating strategies, aggressiveness, and jealousy, which are important factors related to human reproduction. Second, this study examined the effects of original family experiences on individuals and couples, and considered that the improvement of differentiation of self, a key concept of Bowen' theory, could have a positive impact on couples. In conclusion, this study of sexual differences based on evolutionary psychology and consciousness of original family relationships based on Bowen' theory will be basic data for the couple relationship improvement program.
