본 연구는 불안감정을 핵심감정으로 가진 사람들의 심리적 특징을 다양한 측면에서 살펴보기 위해 6개의 상담사례를 집합적 질적 사례 연구의 방법론을 활용하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 불안 핵심감정 을 가진 6명의 사람들이 공통적으로 가지고 있는 심리적 반응을 불안에 대한 감정적 반응, 가족에 대한 심리적 반응, 아동기 가족관계에서의 경험, 행동적 특징, 일 또는 학업에 대한 반응, 대인관계 에서의 반응으로 주제가 분류되었다. 가장 핵심적인 주제는 중요 대상이 자신을 버리고 떠나가지 않을까 하는 버림받음의 느낌들이 불안감정을 일으키는데 핵심적 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이 는 아동기 가족관계 경험에서 6명 모두 부부갈등의 과정에서 가정폭력에 노출이 되었고 이로 인해 어머니가 집을 떠나고 싶다는 하소연에 과다하게 노출된 것이 주요 원인인 것으로 드러났다. 현재 의 가족원과의 관계에서도 재 경험 되고 있고 대인관계에서도 반복적으로 재 경험 되고 있어, 현재 에도 아동기 때 형성된 불안 핵심 감정으로 인해 계속적으로 고통을 경험하고 있는 것으로 나타났 다.
The main purpose of this study is the nuclear feeling of anxiety key psychological characteristic of people with a variety of viewing in terms of looks. All of them were exposed to domestic violence, that mother will go on a leave of experience was exposed to excessive complain. This experience is now being repeated in life there is, the nuclear feeling of anxiety fomed in childhood continue to suffer due to, respectively.
