본 연구는 진로진학상담교사를 대상으로 자문기술향상 프로그램을 실시하여 컨설팅기술과 대인관계 에 미치는 효과를 검증하는 데 그 목적을 두었다. 이러한 목적을 이루기 위해 P시에 근무하는 진로 진학상담교사 20명을 선발하여 10명을 실험집단으로 나머지 10명을 통제집단으로 무선 배정하여 프 로그램을 실시하였다. 본 프로그램의 효과를 검증하기 위해 실험집단과 통제집단에 프로그램 실시 전과 실시 직후에 컨설팅기술 척도와 대인관계 척도 검사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 20.0 프로그램을 이용하여 평균과 표준편차를 구하였다. 또한 집단 간의 차이를 알아보기 위하여 반 복측정 분산분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과를 살펴보면, 자문기술향상 프로그램에 참여한 진로진학상 담교사는 참여하지 않은 진로진학상담교사 보다 프로그램 참여 후 컨설팅기술 수준과 대인관계 수 준이 통계적으로 유의하게 높아졌다. 이와 같은 연구 결과를 통해, 자문기술향상 프로그램이 진로진 학상담교사의 컨설팅기술 수준과 대인관계 수준을 향상시키는 데도 효과적임을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 후속연구에 대한 제언과 시사점을 논의하였다.
The purpose of this study is to figure out the effect of Consultation Skill Improvement Program on consultation skill, and interpersonal relationship of career education & guidance teacher. To perform the study, 20 subjects were selected among the candidates who applied to participate in the program. 10 subjects were selected as the experiment group, and the other 10 were designated as the control group to perform the study. Pre and post test of consultation skill and interpersonal relationship were conducted to investigate the effects of the program for both the treatment group and the control group. Collected data was analyzed using SPSS/WIN20.0 program, and Repeated Measure ANOVA was conducted on post-test scores to verify the differences between the two groups holding pre-test scores as covariate. From The results of the study, Consultation Skill Improvement Program was effective significant positive effect in consultation skill and also significant positive effect on interpersonal relationship of career education & guidance teacher. Limitations to the current study and recommendations for future research are discussed.
