The purpose of this study is to figure out the effect of Consultation Skill Improvement Program on consultation
skill, and interpersonal relationship of career education & guidance teacher. To perform the study, 20 subjects
were selected among the candidates who applied to participate in the program. 10 subjects were selected as the
experiment group, and the other 10 were designated as the control group to perform the study. Pre and post
test of consultation skill and interpersonal relationship were conducted to investigate the effects of the program
for both the treatment group and the control group. Collected data was analyzed using SPSS/WIN20.0 program,
and Repeated Measure ANOVA was conducted on post-test scores to verify the differences between the two
groups holding pre-test scores as covariate. From The results of the study, Consultation Skill Improvement
Program was effective significant positive effect in consultation skill and also significant positive effect on
interpersonal relationship of career education & guidance teacher. Limitations to the current study and
recommendations for future research are discussed.
