본 연구는 중학생이 지각하는 부모양육태도와 자기주도 학습 및 학업적 자기효능감 간의 관계를 살 펴보고, 부모양육태도와 자기주도 학습의 관계에서 학업적 자기효능감의 매개효과를 검증하기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해 부산광역시와 경상남도에 소재하는 7개 중학교 학생 452명을 표집하였다. 본 연구 결과, 부모양육태도 중 부모-돌봄과 부-과보호는 학업적 자기효능감에, 부모-돌봄은 자기주도 학습에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 부모-돌봄과 자기주도 학습의 관계에서 학업 적 자기효능감이 부분매개를 하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 부모양육태도와 자기주도 학습 및 학업적 자기효능감 간의 관계를 파악하고, 학업적 자기효능감이 자기주도 학습능력을 높이기 위해 초점을 두고 개입해야 할 중요한 변인임을 밝혔다는 것에 의의가 있다.
This research was conducted to examine the association among parenting attitude perceived by middle school students, self-directed learning, and academic self-efficacy. Further, it aimed to verify the mediating effects of academic self-efficacy on the association between parenting attitude and self-directed learning. subjects were 452 students from 7 middle schools in Busan and Gyungsangdo. The result indicated that mother's care and father's overprotection from the parenting attitudes had a meaningful effect on academic self-efficacy, and that father's care and mother's care have a meaningful effect on self-directed learning. Academic self-efficacy partly mediated on the association between parental care and self-directed learning. This research has its importance in finding that academic self-efficacy is the key variable for the development of the ability for self-directed learning in middle school students.
