본 연구는 사진치료 기법을 활용한 진로 집단상담 프로그램이 고등학생의 진로성숙도, 진로정체감, 진로자기효능감에 미치는 효과를 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 경기도 Y 고등학교 1, 2학년 학생 중 사진치료 기법을 활용한 진로 집단상담 프로그램에 참여한 15명을 실험집단, 일반적인 진 로 집단상담 프로그램에 참여한 15명을 비교집단, 아무런 처치를 하지 않은 16명을 통제집단으로 했다. 각 집단에 대해 사전-사후검사를 실시하고, SPSS 18.0을 이용해 자료를 분석하였고, 소감문의 내용분석을 추가하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 실험집단은 통제집단에 비해 진로성숙도, 진로정체감, 진로자기효능감이 유의하게 향상되었고, 비교집단과 비슷한 정도의 향상을 보였다. 둘 째, 실험집단에 처치한 진로 집단상담 프로그램은 학생들의 진로 준비, 선택, 결정, 계획 수립 등에 도움을 주었으며, 집단상담 시 내담자 간 라포 형성, 내담자의 상담에 대한 부담감 완화, 진로에 대 한 생각 표현과 자기 이해 활동 증진, 상담에 대한 관심과 흥미 유발, 몰입 등에 도움을 주었다. 이 러한 결과는 사진치료 기법을 활용한 진로 집단상담 프로그램이 유용성과 재미를 겸비했다는 것을 의미하므로 앞으로 사진치료 기법을 활용한 진로 집단상담 프로그램이 고등학생을 대상으로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
The purpose of this study was to verify the effect of career group counseling program by using photo therapy on career maturity, career identity and career self-efficacy of high school students. In this study, the participants were 46 students(experimental group of 15, comparative group of 15, control group of 16). The experimental group completed career group counseling program using photo therapy, the comparative group completed general career group counseling program, and the control group had no treatment. The results of this study are as follows: First, experiment group exhibited a significant improvement in terms of career maturity, career identity and career self-efficacy than control and comparative group. Secondly, a career group counseling program by using photo therapy helped students in career preparation, selection, determination, establishment and planning. That is, it helped them forming rapport with clients, easing the burden on the client's counseling, increasing self-understanding, expressing thoughts about the career, causing concern and interest for counseling, and immersing. Implications for the future studies were discussed.
