본 연구에서는 잠재프로파일 분석을 통해 소명의 하위요인과 자기실현의 조합에 따라 잠재계층을 분류하고, 잠재계층에 따라 삶의 의미와 진로결정수준에서 차이가 나타나는지를 확인하였으며, 다항 로지스틱 회귀분석을 이용하여 잠재계층 분류에 영향을 주요인을 규명하고자 하였다. 본 연구를 통 한 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 잠재프로파일 분석 결과, 4개의 계층이 도출되었으며 ‘소명 비자 기실현형’, ‘비소명형’, ‘초월부름·목적소명형’, ‘소명 자기실현형’으로 구분하여 명명하였다. 잠재계층 에 따른 삶의 의미와 진로결정수준의 차이를 살펴본 결과, ‘소명 자기실현형’의 삶의 의미가 가장 높았고, ‘초월부름·목적소명형’의 진로결정수준이 가장 높았다. 다항 로지스틱 회귀분석 결과, 성별과 연령보다는 종교가 잠재계층 분류에 중요한 영향을 미치는 요인인 것으로 확인되었다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 제한점과 후속연구에 대해 논의하였다.
In this study, a latent profile analysis was conducted to identify groups based on the subtypes of calling and the combinations of self-actualization. The differences between meaning in life and career decision level were explored on each classified group and the factors that influence the classification were studied by using a multinomial logistic regression analysis. Four classes were suggested by the levels of subtypes in career calling and self-actualization. ‘Self-actualization of calling type’ was higher than any other latent class in terms of meaning in life. ‘Transcendent summons and purpose calling type’ was higher than any other latent class in terms of career decision level. The major factor affecting classification of latent classes was religion rather than gender and age Findings and implications of this study were discussed.
